Bookings and ticket delivery

Sign-in identifies the account using the website. If you make a booking, the site stores your account identifier, email, order details and ticket check-in status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are never collected by this website.

A complete organiser privacy notice, contact details and retention information must be supplied before public bookings open.

Ticket emails

When ticket email delivery is enabled, we use Resend to send booking confirmations. The email service receives the buyer email address, event and booking details, and QR ticket images. These messages are for your booking, not marketing. Ticket images remain available in My tickets. Keep your QR code private because it grants entry.
